Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping options across the United States:

  • Orders under $10.00: $5.89 Flat Rate Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage)

  • Orders $10.00 and over: Free Shipping

Delivery Times Standard delivery via USPS typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that transit times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number you can use to monitor its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Electronic Components & Parts Policy Due to the nature of electronic components, items that show signs of installation, soldering, modification, or improper voltage application cannot be accepted for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at felix@fpie-electronics.net with your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or defective component).

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or Missing Items If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at felix@fpie-electronics.net within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
